If an infant is unable to develop a warm, intimate and continuous relationship with his mother then the child will have difficulty forming relationships with other people and develop a poor IWM.
If a child experiences related separation in the first 1/2 years of life they are likely to become permanently emotionally of intellectually disturbed- the effects of which are irreversible. They will experience delayed intellectual development in particular impaired intelligence or low IQ.
This deprivation could result in affection less psychopathy- THE INABILITY TO FEEL GUILT OR STRONG EMOTIONS TOWARDS OTHER PEOPLE. This prevents a person developing a normal relationship and is associated with criminality due to lack of remorse for actions
