What are the key features of disruptive mood dysregulation disorder?
A
- Sever recurrent temper outbursts manifested verbally and/or behaviourally, response to frustration
- Inconsistent with developmental level
- In average 3-4 times a week
- Chronic, persistently irritable or angry mood present between outbursts
- 12 months or more, in more than 2 settings
- Often seen in children

A
- Having 5 or more symptoms present during a 2 week-period
- Either depressed mood or anhedonia
- Never signs of hypomania or manic episodes

- Insomnia or hypersomnia nearly every day
- Psychomotor agitation or retardation

- Depressed mood most of time during a 2 year period
- Presence of 2, or more, symptoms
- ## No more than 2 months remission at one time

- One of the following present during the acute phase
1. Loss of pleasure in all, or almost all, activities
2. Lack of reactivity to usually pleasurable stimuli - Often psychotic features
- 3 or more of the following symptoms
1. Feelings of emptiness
2. Worse in the morning
3. Wakes up early
4. Psychomotor agitation or retardation
5. Anorexia or weight loss
6. Distortion of feelings of guilt
