- Tfc passed to succeeding
- Wake Turb applied
- RSVA applied until something else
- Able to assess using GMR or vis; & GMR usable
- RIMCAS available & used
Dual Dependant:

No take off until arrival is landing assured, or outside 2 Nm RWY30 or
2.5 Nm RWY12
