What is delirium?
A
An acute confusional state which is reversible and has an identifiable cause. It is a global impairment of cognition, attention, consciousness and psychomotor behaviour.

Confusion Reduced attention Reduced wakefulness Loss of orientation Can have hallucinations and delusions
