Define Section 8 Theft Act 1968
A person commits robbery if they steal and immediately before or at the time of doing so and in order to do so uses force on any person or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subject to force.
Define Section 9(1)(a) Theft Act 1968
A person is guilty of Burglary if they enter a building or part of a building as a trespasser with the intent to steal anything therein, inflict GBH on any persons therein or damage any property therein.

Define Section 1 Theft Act 1968
A person is guilty of theft if they
dishonestly appropriate property belonging to another
with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it.

A person handles stolen goods if (otherwise than in the course of the stealing) knowing or believing them to be stolen goods he dishonestly receives the goods, or dishonestly undertakes or assists in their retention, removal, disposal or realisation by or for the benefit of another person, or if he arranges to do so.
Define Section 1(1) Criminal Damage Act 1971

Define Section 1(2) Criminal Damage Act 1971
A person who without lawful excuse
destroys or damages property belonging to himself or others
-Intending to destroy or damage any property or being reckless as to whether any such property would be destroyed or damaged
AND
-Intending by the destruction or damage to ENDANGER THE LIFE OF ANOTHER or being RECKLESS as to whether the life of another would be endangered.
Define Section 2 Criminal Damage Act 1971
A person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that the other would fear it be carried out
to destroy or damage property belonging to that other or a third person
OR
to destroy or damage their own property in a way which they know is likely to endanger the life of that other or third person.
