Apex to Axilla, holosystolic. Dyspnea, fatigue, heart failure.
Pulsus paradoxus
Fall in systolic BP >10 mmHg during inspiration. Seen in Cardiac tamponade, asthma, COPD.
Sialadenosis
Benign swelling of submanidibular glands, associated with liver dz and malnutrition.
