Why is it important to have clear reasons for making decisions?
Having clear reasons as to why a particular decision was made makes it easier to determine if the decision is ethically right or wrong.
Sometimes it is very clear if a decision is right or wrong.
There can be a lot of grey area in regards to whether or not something is ethical.

State what the contingency plan is
Keep the main goal in mind (primary objective)
Identify the trigger (what will cause the contingency plan to be implemented)
Define the time periods
Identify everyone’s needs (resources each individual will need)
Consider resource restrictions (access to resources)
Define “success” (how will you know if you have been successful)
