A
Pain in the radial aspect of the wrist
Radiation to thumb or forearm
Painful range of motion of thumb
Local tenderness over distal portion of radial styloid
+ve Finkelstein test

Management
A
Rest
Immobilize wrist and thumb with splint
Anti-inflammatory medications 2 weeks
Encourage range of motion exercises
