A
  1. Activates STBY hydraulic pump
  2. Opens STBY RUD SOV which pressurizes STBY RUD PCU
  3. Deactivates the Flight Control LOW PRESSURE light
  4. Activates the STANDBY HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE light
  5. Illuminates the STBY RUD ON light

  2. SPEED BRAKE lever is in the DOWN detent and the ground spoilers are not stowed (inhibited when hydraulic system A pressure is less than 750psi)
