  4. Closes engine bleed air valves (resulting in loss of wing anti-ice to affected wing and closure of bleed air operated pack valve)
  5. Disables thrust reverser (affected engine only)
  6. Trips generator control relay and breaker
  7. Allows engine fire switch to rotate
