What is the first criteria to making a revolution?
Upset with the Status Quo or see need for a change. The people want a difference in the government etc.
What is the second criteria to making a revolution?
Present a Plan. Without a plan that seems better than the Status Quo, the change would be for the worse.
What is the third criteria to making a revolution?
Execute the Plan and Cause a Change. If the plan is put into action, then the change should happen, at least, for some time.
If not all 3 criteria for a revolution are not met, what is it called?
A rebellion

Revolution: A forcible overthrow of a government or social order, in favor of a new system.
What is a Tragic Necessity? Describe thoroughly.
Tragic Necessity: Something tragic occurred but was needed for a necessary change to the Status Quo. It could be for the greater good, but there will be negative consequences.
What is the Status Quo? Describe thoroughly.
Status Quo: The existing state of affairs, especially regarding social or political issues. The way things are.
