1. Pluck with left
2. Right between legs and push them over
3. Use crook of arm to throw leg over if up on one knee
4. Right hand to shoulder, left to hip, push off and knee to kidney

D1: Ground fighting: Stomp to head defence

A
  1. Turn and redirect foot with arm at 90 degrees
  2. Roll back and hammer fist groin followed by punch
  3. Use both hands to push them off

D1: Basic front break fall

A
  1. Kick legs apart (reduce height)
  2. Land on palms/forearms
  3. Turn head to one side

Tip: Remember to pass right arm under to turn onto back into ground fight atance

A

Attacker between legs, hands on throat
1. Grab both wrists
2. Wriggle back keeping hold
3. Put right foot on floor with knee out
4. Kick their knee out
5. Roll the opposite way and get up in #3

A
  1. Bring feet up close to bum, feet flat
  2. Left foot outside attacker
  3. U-grip both hands
  4. Double pluck
  5. Right hand push and buck and roll, keep hold of left hand
  6. Strike face then down body
  7. Arm up to protect face then either throw leg over and push off hip and shoulder
    OR
    If kneeling between legs push up off knees
