1/2 of 2nd, 3rd and 1/2 of 4th digit and middle forearm- c7
Half of 4th and 5th digit and medial forearm- c8
Half of medial arm- T1
Other half of medial arm and armpit region-T2
T3 and T4 and so on continue in an ascending ladder order

Peripheral nerves of upper limb
Axillary nerve - c5 and c6
Deltoid and teres MINOR
Musculocutaneous nerve - c5-c7
Anterior compartment of arm, lateral CUTANEOUS innervation of forearm and adjacent skin.
Median nerve - c5-T1
Half of anterior forearm, half of PALMER thumb muscles, lateral two lumbrical muscles, CUTANEOUS innervation to 3.5 palmarside digits of nail beds and adjacent skin
Ulnar nerve- c7-T1
Flexor carpi ulnaris (only in forearm), medial half of digitorum profundus of ant. Compartment in hand, muscles of small finger, medial two lumbricals, adductor pollicis and deep head of flexor pollicis brevis m, CUTANEOUS innervation of PALMER and DORSAL 1.5(medially) and to adjacent skin.
Radial nerve-c5-T1
All muscles of POSTERIOR compartments of arm and forearm
Skin of dorsum of hand and base of thumb.
