Julia is now pregnant for the 6th time, she has 3 living children who were born at 38+5 weeks, 37+3 and 34 weeks gestation. She had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. Her last pregnancy ended with the delivery of an 18 weeker. What is her obstetric history using the 5-digit system (GTPAL)?

Hgb: 12-16, Hct: 36%-46%
S&S of Hypovolemia
^ HR, vBP, ^ Breathing, v SPAO2
GBBS
Immunity to strep, Give ampicillin, clendamycin if allergic to PNC
rH status
If rH neg, give RhoGam at 28 weeks and after birth. Mom is - and baby is +, vice versa
Blood type incompatibility
More occurrence with ABO
RPR/VDRL
Tests for syphilis and venereal disease
Rubella
Gien when mother leaves the hospital because it is a live vaccine
HSV
Herpes, mother cannot give vaginally if there is an open lesion
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia
Erythromycin is put in the eyes of the newborn
Initial labs run on mother at the beginning of pregnancy (8)
CBC, Hep B, HIV, Rubella, rH, Herpes, VDRL for syphilis, Urine Drug Screen
Labs given at 6 weeks (1)
AFP
Labs given at 36 weeks (4)
CBC, GBBS, HIV, urine drug screen
40 weeks/in labor (1)
GBBS (amp or clendmycin)
