What would you do if you were holding and were approaching 45 minutes of fuel remaining, and the captain is insisting on continuing to the destination airport?
A
Use all available resources to determine the best course of action. Verify weather at the destination airport, talk with ATC to see how much longer you will be in the hold. Review this information with the Captain and help him/her come to the best conclusion, whether that is to divert or continue. Consider declaring minimum fuel and if required an emergency with ATC.
