Driver must stop and ascertain injury.

Obligation to render assistance if driver has knowledge that some person in fact injured

In what situation must a driver report injury or death?

Answer 2

Must report in person to
Police station/ enforcement officer

As soon as practicable
And in any case not later than 24 hours after the time of crash
(Unless incapable from injuries sustained)

Question 3

What situations and timeframe should be reported for Damage?

Answer 3

Damage to unoccupied vehicle
Damage to other property

Reported within 48 hours-
Either to owner
Or police or officer Within 60 hours
