A
- The FACT the person has died
- The IDENTITY of the person
- the CAUSE of death
- WHERE and WHEN the death occurred
- the CURCUMSTANCES of death
Second- to make comment for public consumption to prevent incident recurring
Third- recommend further enquiry by investigating authority
