Which sections outline the remedies for a breach of S9, S10 or S11?

What is S19?
Presumption that any fault discovered in the first 6 months after delivery would have been there at time of delivery unless the trader can prove otherwise.
What is S20?
-Short-term right to reject within 30 days of delivery.
-Can get a full refund as long as they notify trader.
-The trader must pay- costs incurred by returning the goods
-refund should reach the consumer by the same means of payment within 14 days.
Under S20 how long is the short-term right to reject?
30 days.
What is S23?
-Beyond 30 days- Right to repair/ replacement within a reasonable timeframe + without cost or inconvenience to the customer.
What is S24?
-Right to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods.
-If this is a car it can be reduced to take into account the use of the vehicle.
What is S31?
-Prohibits any term excluding or limiting liability for S9, S10 or S11.
