Co ordination.
Ability to harmonise messages from the senses with parts of the body to prove skilful, smooth, well-controlled movements
Balance
Ability to maintain equilibrium either while in motion or stationary
Reaction

Speed
Rate of change in position
Reasons for measuring physical fitness
Evaluate progress Make comparisons with others Develop accurate training programs Set realistic achievable goals Individual strengths and weaknesses Identify medical problems Motivate to improve results
Fitness
The ability to carry out everyday tasks without undue fatigue and to cope with unforeseen situations (running for bus) and having enough energy to enjoy leisure activity
