A
  • Oral - a witness testimony
  • Real - an article/ object (ie knife)
  • Documentary - a will/ invoice/ email/ photographs etc

A

Don’t confine the evidence you present to court to only the best evidence, you need to account for all Evidence and let the court decide how to use that evidence.

What is hearsay evidence?

A

What a person heard another day -

But it is by known if this is fact - generally inadmissible in court as cannot be cross examined
