Varying ways an organization can create value, looking beyond the traditional profit measures of revenue and expenses; includes philanthropy, volunteerism, community programs, social change, sustainability, governance, employee rights, and safety
CSR
A set of behavioral guidelines that an organization expects to be followed to ensure appropriate moral business standards
Ethics
Economical, social, and environmental impact metrics used to determine success
Triple bottom line
State of being in accordance with all laws, regulations, and other government requirements applicable to where an organization operates
