A
- Place living organisms inside of boiling tube, which has lime soda and cotton plug in it, and another boiling tube, only with no organisms
- Insert bung and capillary tube at the end of boiling tube
- Put boiling tubes in water bath for 5 mins
- Put 1 beaker of colored liquid on the end of capilllary tubes each.
- Measure position of colored liquid before and after 5 minutes
