To cause a person to exchange his or her hard-earned money for a product or service.
What’s general knowledge and how does it relate to marketing?
It’s knowledge of a wide spread of topics based off of your past and present experiences in life. It’s useful in marketing as it allows you to see things from other people’s perspective depending on the product or service you’re providing.
What’s lateral thinking in marketing?
It’s relating your product or service to completely unrelated topics and creatively thinking of ways to solve the problem outside of the norms.
What’s specific knowledge and how does it relate to copywriting & marketing?
It’s knowledge that’s highly specific to your product or service. To be truly effective, you need to become an expert on the product or service you’re promoting and have a fully rounded understanding of its true nature and how that relates to the customer’s problems.

It’s a statement that’s taken to be true, to serve as a starting point for further reasoning.
What’s Axiom 1?
Copywriting is a mental process the successful execution of reflects the sum total of your general & specific knowledge, your ability to formulate that onto paper for the purpose of selling or promoting a product or service.
