Status Elipticus - 5-10mg IV

Epilsepsy / muscle spasms - 2 - 10mg PO tid

1-2mg/kg IV over 1 - 2 minute then .5mg/kg q 5-15 min prn

MI/Angina/Aoritc Dysection - slow push IV 2-4mg
