CHC MOA
Prevents ovulation, progestin is the dominant hormone in CHC formulations
PRogestin diminishes frequency of hypothalmic GnRH pulse frequency, inhibits the estrogen induced LH surge at midcycle
Estrogen suppresses the FSH ptreventing selction and emergence of dominant follicle, small contribution
