A

Reliable + reversible
Reduced dysmenorrhoea (painful periods) + menorrhagia (abnormal heavy bleeding)
Reduced incidence of premenstrual syndrome
Less symptomatic fibroids
Less benign breast disease
Decreased risk of ovarian + endometrial cancer
Decreased risk of PID
