SBP: Normotension
Other: SPO2 < 90% or Accessory muscle use

1. Asthma Exacerbation
2. Suspected pneumothorax
3. Unprotected or unstable airway
4. Major Trauma or Burns to the head or the torso
5. Tracheostomy
6. Inability to sit upright
7. Unable to cooperate
