TB, bacteria, rheumatic fever

Decreased late stage cardiac filling
Thick fibrous and calcified
Loss of elasticity

Venous congestion, oedema, ascites

Decreased ventricle filling, dyspnoea, cough, PND, orthopnoea, PHT, fatigue, atrial dilation
