A

signed in 1982 by 167 nations. This agreement addresses:
- Protecting biodiversity. Abiding by IWC (International Whalling commission)

- Exploration, development, and cultuvation of EEZ’s.
- Landlocked states: Bolivia may be granted land which Chile won from it 150 years ago.

A

1959 bill with 53 signatories.
No-one can own Antarctica, and it remains a continent of scientific and educational development.
20 permenent scientific plants are here, 7 nations have tried to lay claim to this area.

What is India’a ‘Caste’ system?

A

A system of social heirarchy with 3,000 castes and 27,000 sub-castes. It determines social status depending on caste or ‘class’. This has been around for millenia.
Indian officials are trying to phase this out in fear of it being discriminatory. Educational provision is now legally quotad to be provided for lower castes.
