Main clinical features with Acute bacterial conjunctivitis

A
Unilateral initially then bilateral (later on) 
Conjunctival injection (Redness) 
Sticky eye upon wakening 
Purulent discharge, grittiness
NO LYMPHADENOPATHY 

Mainly self limiting if severe use - chloramphenicol / fusidic acid.
