What is muscular strength?
The ability of the muscles to apply force and overcome a resistance.
What is dynamic strength? (Physical Component)
The ability of the muscles to contract during prolonged movements.
What is static strength? (Physical Component)
When force is applied to an immovable object and muscle length stays the same.
What is explosive strength? (Physical Component)
A burst of maximal effort.
What is aerobic endurance/stamina? (Physical Component)
The ability of the heart to provide oxygen to the muscles for a prolonged period of time.

The ability of the muscles to contract repeatedly without getting tired.
What is speed? (Physical Component)
The fastest rate at which an individual can cover a set distance.
What is flexibility (suppleness)? (Physical Component)
The range of motion around a joint.
What is agility? (Skill-Based Component)
The ability to change direction quickly and under control.
What is balance? (Skill-Based Component)
Maintaining equilibrium.
What is co-ordination? (Skill-Based Component)
Synchronizing two or more body parts.
What is reaction time? (Skill-Based Component)
The time taken for the body to respond to a stimulus.
What is timing? (Skill-Based Component)
The ability to produce the correct movement at the optimum time.
What is power? (Skill-Based Component)
A combination of speed & strength.
