- AD heritance, assoc with skeletal muscle abn. usually succ and inhalation drugs except NO
- increased o2 consumption, hypertermia, increased etco2, tachypne, tachycardia, increased BP, cyanosis, muscular symp-trimus, swollen -rhabdo, hyperkalemia
- coma, DIC, rhabdo, renal failure, ARDS, pulm edema
- Family history test, avoiding triggers
- hyperventilate, dantrolene, bicarb, cooling, stop agent obviously
