Openess = Interaction between system & env.
Function = Members have different functions.
Evolution = Change over time
Entropy & equilibrium
ENTROPY = Systems tendency to disintegrate
EQUILIBRIUM = Maintain balance
Structure = Way components of system are arranged.
Holism = How parts of system work together.
Hierarchical organisation = Systems embedded within one another.
