Effective as there is a written trail
-> downside is it is easy to be get ignored
-> no personal contact so harder to build relationships

A

Bi-yearly tenant meeting at Egale 1&2 to discuss site issues and receive feedback. Laos discussed areas tenants ant to improve.

  • Tenants highlighted their desire for a communcal food wase bin to improve sustainability. This ensure that waste was being disposed of correctly.

Quarterly meeting with Client where i prepare a report beforehand and ensure it is issued to the Client 24 hours prior to the meeting so they can go through and note down their questions

  • i then use the report as my structure for the meeting

I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours
- if an email has a complex task, i will send an email to confirm receipt

Client meeting at Riverbridge House -> brought car park plans and prepared ahead of meeting, ensuring i was knowledgable and able to suggest EV charge point locations
