Can you define what communication is?
The imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing or using some other medium
What are your views on email communication?
Must take care when sending emails to ensure the correct recipient is in place, and I am not releasing sensitive information.
I understand that emails have the ability to create contracts and form written instructions.
What is negotiation?
Discussions which are held to reach a compromise or agreement
Concessions and non-negotiables are discussed.
What would you do following verbal agreement during a negotiation?
Follow up with written correspondence as soon as possible and ask the other party to respond in writing with their agreeance.
What makes successful negotiation?
Good preparation - discuss with client
Good record keeping and presentation of instructions
Meeting should take place in a clam environment, in private.
Formulise any agreement in writing as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.
What does SUBJECT TO CONTRACT mean?
When else would you use subject to contract?
