Different clients have different needs - tailor approach and communication style.

- Maintain a record of all communications
- Ensure to confirm all key points in writing.
- Ensure all information sharing is compliance with the relevant data protection regulations.

What is the difference between hard and soft skills?
A
Hard skills include technical knowledge, training and experience etc. Whereas soft skills refer to interpersonal and behavioural skills.
