Locate position using Nav system

Task A: Pilotage and dead reckoning
Knows how to navigate using landmarks and chart
Navigates using precomputed headings and speeds
Demonstrates mag compass in turns
Corrects for and records differences for timing errors on checkpoints
Verifies location within 2 miles of flight planned route
Arrives at enroute checkpoint within 3 min of initial or revised ETA
Alt within 100 and hdg within 10
Task c: diversion
Knows how to divert
Selects appropriate airport and route
Accurate estimate of hdg, GS, arrival time and fuel consumption
Alt within 100 and hdg within 50
