- Scrutinises/opposes government policies

Member of parliament who is not in a party

- Provides multiple counts of ballot papers
- Determines absolute majority

Group/society with various stoofs:
- Backgrounds

- Lifestyles etc.
Discrimination
Unfavourably treating/proposing to treat people because of:
- Gender
- Age
- Race
- Disability
- Physical Features
- Political Beliefs
