Why must the PIC undergo a medical examination post aircraft accident?
A
- to assess if a psychological or medical condition contributed to the accident, &
- if the pilot has become psychologically affected or physically incapacitated by the accident only apparent to a medical examiner.

- safety before schedule

Who do you contact to begin a workers compensation claim?
A
Notify management of the injury within 24 hours.
If management cant be reached contact ROC.

A
Aircraft related
- system malfunction/failure
- structural defect, fire, smoke, fumes, explosion
- aircraft control problem
- fuel related safety occurence
- runway or taxiway incursion
- use of emergency equipment or procedures
