current gallbladder disease
family history of thromboembolic disease in first degree relatives < 45 years or history of thromboembolic disease
controlled and uncontrolled hypertension
carrier of gene associated with breast cancer or current breast cancer
positive antiphospholipid antibodies (e.g. in SLE)
