every two years, starting at age 45 to 74

symptoms such as rectal bleeding or persistent change in bowel habit or with iron deficiency anaemia
those with past colorectal cancer or adenoma
chronic inflammatory bowel disease, string family history of bowel cancer or high risk genetic cancer syndrome
