they cannot access safe water for drinking and hygiene which is a fundamental right enjoyed by most canadians.

Educational inequality between indigenous communities and non indigenous
higher percentage of non indigenous population have highschool diploma compared to indigenous.

Yes, hisotircally they were accepted however, colonization disrupted this and forced heterosexual family norms.
