icing conditions are?
Icing conditions exist when OAT (on the ground) or TAT (in-flight) is 10°C
or below, and any of the following exist:
• visible moisture (clouds, fog with visibility of one statute mile (1600
m) or less, rain, snow, sleet, ice crystals, and so on) is present, or
• ice, snow, slush, or standing water is present on the ramps, taxiways,
or runways.
How much ice on the A/C?
3mm -on lower wing associated with cold fuel. Ports and probes clear ac inlets and vents clear fuel tank vents gear doors apu inlet
No dual engine starts below …DEG C?

OAT -3to -7 , what are the runup requirements?
20/30/60 TPR/SEC/MIN
OAT below -7C , what are the runup requirements ?
20/30/60 , no T/O after the 60 mins - need to be deiced.
Before Take off runup?
below 3C , 50-55 N1 for 2 seconds
Fan ice removal procedure?
quickly reduce thrust to idle for 5 seconds , then return to normal setting. If persists , MAX climb EPR for 2 seconds.
AD regarding slats and ice ?
check is required by engineer, enter in AML
