Takeoff with CSFF on upper wing surfaces is allowable provided all of the following conditions are met:
- Only within the lines with no snow, ice or
frost on the leading edges or control
surfaces - Ambient air temp is at or above + 4º C
- There is no precipitation or visible moisture
(1.6km vis) - Tank fuel temp is at or above - 16º C
