16 item test that includes tests for executive function, naming, memory, attention, language, abstraction, delayed recall, and orientation

takes 10 minutes

normal score is anything above 26

11 questions to asses orientation, registration, attention, calculation, recall, language and visual construct

0-17=severe impairment
18-24=mild impairment
