Happisburgh
- Residents are getting erosion related stress
- Noone wants to move into the area so property prices are falling
- Businesses are beginning to close as less people are buying in the area.
Dawlish
- Great Western Main Line from London Paddington - Penzance was closed for months in 2014 meaning commuters couldn’t get to work.
- It will cost £1million to rebuild and protect the area which could be spent on other things.
Westward Ho
- Golf course is losing land so people cannot enjoy the game. The owners are also losing money.

- The train line has been damaged.

- There was large scale land slides in 2000 and 2001

- 1m of land is being lost each year into the sea.
