A

Avoid NSAIDS and IM injections
Minor bleeds - compression, elevation and desomopressin.

Major bleeds - factor vIII infusion to 50% of normal

Life threatening - 100% levels.

1-5 - severe bleeding following injury and occasional spontaneous bleeds

> 5 mild disease bleeding only with trauma or surgery
