gardnerella vaginosa, toxoplasma, pneumocstits jiroveci, malaria.

How is clindamycin’s ENTEROCOCCI coverage?
NONE.
Clinda is often firstline against what SSTI? why?
**Necrotizing fascitis -> cuz dcr toxin production from S. aureus and S. pyogenes.
Overall, what are the main areas of activity for clinda?
mainly gram positives, obligate anaerobes.
**NO Gram neg or Enterococci coverage.
