No, I always act fairly and reasonably within my assessments. This was to target value engineering opportunities, and also the Client used provisional sums as risk pots to draw variations down from, meaning parties worked collaboratively in achieving this KPI.
What is Client Care to you?
Understanding Clients requirements, suggestions, demands and complaints and analysing to give the Client the best possible service.
Why is Client Care important?
1) Reduce the likelihood of conflict
2) Retain existing clients for repeat business

What is the difference between Client and Customer?
Client - One who is under the protection of another.
Customer - One who purchases a commodity or service.
