Not provided the necessary information in Board reports – being selfish and not putting the client first.
How to implement systems for client care including complaints?
We acknowledge complaints within 7 days.
Within 28 days we will investigate and respond to your concerns and responded with how we can.
Initiation date is when you receive the compliant.
When is an example of a complaints handling procedure for Stonebond– how does this work?
I am aware RICS Guidance Note on Compliments Handlining 2016 suggests responses within 7 days and investigate and respond to complaint withing 28 days.
